Patrick Walczak is the new CSO of LEIPA Group GmbH

LEIPA Group GmbH is delighted to welcome Mr Patrick Walczak as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) on 1 October 2025. In this role, Mr Walczak will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of paper-related sales activities at LEIPA Group GmbH.

Throughout his career, Mr Walczak has demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking, developing and implementing significant sales milestones with his teams. He is an experienced sales manager with many years of international and national sales experience.

In recent years, he has served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at BW Papersystems Inc. There, he successfully developed and implemented growth and customer satisfaction strategies, establishing them on a sustainable basis. Mr Walczak has extensive knowledge of the requirements of the paper manufacturing and processing industry and the needs of our customers.

As CSO, Mr Walczak will oversee the paper-related sales organisation, including foreign subsidiaries, and collaborate with teams to expand the LEIPA brand, develop new sales strategies, and strengthen customer relationships. He will focus on the needs of our customers and actively continue to implement the future-oriented direction of the LEIPA Group.
