PM 4 produces its six millionth tonne of graphic paper

After Paper Machine 5 (PM 5) set a record of two million tonnes of packaging paper produced in January, PM 4 celebrated its six millionth tonne of graphic paper on 18 December. And this was in the twentieth year of ‘paper on reel’ on PM 4.

By way of illustration, the production of six million tonnes of graphic paper is roughly equivalent to the weight of 600 Eiffel Towers. An impressive testimony to the performance and reliability of what is still the most modern graphic paper machine in Europe, the PM 4.
