Torsten Fleck becomes new CSO of LEIPA Group GmbH

LEIPA Group GmbH is pleased to welcome Mr. Torsten Fleck as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) as of May 1, 2023. In this role, Mr. Fleck will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of sales activities in LEIPA Group GmbH.

In his various functions, Mr. Fleck, as an entrepreneurial personality, was able to develop and very successfully implement different sales strategies with his teams.

Most recently, Mr. Fleck headed the Hamburg sales office for Mondi packaging papers as Managing Director and was responsible for sales as Head of Sales Central & Northern Europe for Mondi Containerboard.

Mr. Fleck has worked in the paper industry for 28 years, the last 20 of which he spent with the Mondi Group in various sales management roles. This included many years of responsibility as a sales manager and in international key account management, as well as managing sales, planning and logistics for a paper mill.

With Mr. Fleck, LEIPA Group GmbH has gained an internationally experienced sales professional with excellent connections in the industry, who always focuses on the needs of the customers.
